So my pic today is from a trash can. Last night, I made ribs for dinner....well I charred ribs for dinner. I get a lot of teasing about my cooking (lots unwarranted I promise). My hubs is usually the grill master but I was trying to do it myself....you see how far that got me. So, needless to say, they went in the trash & we went to plan B for our meat part of the meal. Very sad, very very sad!

Sorry it didn't turn out. Try this. Salt & pepper your ribs, put them into a (turkey size) baking bag, sprinkle crushed red pepper over them, pour a qt. of vinegar in there and twist the end of the bag and seal with a twist tie. poke a vent hole in the top put on a baking sheet and bake at 250 degree for 4 hours. the bones will fall off the meat and it will be heavenly every time.
